I threw this together after having pumpkin pancakes at I Hop around halloween, they also had cheesecake pancakes and I haven't tried to make those yet.

Ingredients
  • pancake mix (homemade or instant your choice)
  • large can of pumpkin pie mix

Directions
  1. mix the mix as you would any other time
  2. add spoon fulls of pumpkin pie mix until it becomes really dark
  3. cook as you would regular pancakes
  4. (these are a little more gooey then regular pancaked, eat with or with out syrup)
