How to make it

  • Measure the first 8 ingredients in order given into mixing bowl.
  • Stir the baking soda into the hot coffee. Add and beat the dough until thoroughly blended.
  • Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake in the oven at 375 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Makes about 5 dozen
