Just a good salad

Ingredients
  • 1 meduim onion
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 1/4 pound of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bottle of french dressing (I like Catalina)
  • 1 pkg.(6oz) corn chips,crushed
  • 1 large ripe avocado,sliced
  • 1 pound ground round
  • 1 can(15oz) kidney beans,drained and rinse
  • 1/4 teasp. salt

Directions
  1. Chop onion,seed and chop the tomatoes,chop lettuce
  2. Toss with the cheese
  3. Add the corn chips and avocado
  4. Brown the ground round until done,with the salt,and a pinch of nutmeg
  5. Add the beans and heat though ,about 10 minutes
  6. Mix with the cold sald,add extra chips ,avocado,and tomatoes
  7. Add dressing ,just enough as not to cover the flavor of the salad
  8. Serve immediately.
