How to make it

  • take skin and bones off salmon
  • spread cream cheese and pesto sauce on 1 of the salmon fillets
  • put other salmon on top (making a salmon sandwhich)
  • layer about 10 sheets of phylo dough brushing with melted butter on each sheet
  • put salmon sandwhich in center of dough and and wrap/ roll it up
  • bake until phylo dough is golden brown (about 30-40 minutes) at 360
