Ingredients

1,5 dl bread crumbs

2 dl beer (or other liquid)

1 onion

1 egg

½ tsp freshly ground pepper

½ tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp dried thyme

Some leaves of fresh basil

Tin of chopped tomatoes

Frozen peas

Frozen carrots

Frozen red pepper

Minced meat

3 boiled eggs

Grated cheese

For glazing

½ dl ketchup

½ tsp white pepper

Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Dash of hot pepper sauce

1 tbs honey

Directions

Boil 3 eggs. Mix the beer and bread crumbs and let the bread crumbs swell a bit. Add the chopped onion, tomato, egg, spices, the frozen vegetables and the minced meat. Mix well.

Put half of the mixture into an oven proof dish. Make space for the eggs, peel the eggs and put them on their places. Add the rest of the mixture on top of the eggs. Glaze with ketchup/spice mixture. Grate some cheese on top.

Bake in 200ºC for 30-45 mins.
