Veal Goulash

- Ingredients: shopping list
- 500 g veal, cut into 1 - 2 cm cubes shopping list
- 1 onion medium size, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 tb oil shopping list
- 1 tb paprika (could be sweet, hot or combinaiton - depends on your taste). shopping list
How to make it
- Fry gently the onion until golden in a large saucepan with hot oil.
- Sprinkle on the paprika, stir and fry with the onion for 10 seconds.
- Add the meat and stir to coat it with paprika-onion mixture.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and braise slowly for about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until meet is very tender.
- Add salt to taste and check to see whether a little more paprika is needed.
- Cool for a few minutes longer, and serve with spageti or rice.
