How to make it

  • Fry gently the onion until golden in a large saucepan with hot oil.
  • Sprinkle on the paprika, stir and fry with the onion for 10 seconds.
  • Add the meat and stir to coat it with paprika-onion mixture.
  • Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and braise slowly for about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until meet is very tender.
  • Add salt to taste and check to see whether a little more paprika is needed.
  • Cool for a few minutes longer, and serve with spageti or rice.
