Ingredients
  • Ingredients:
  • 500 g Veal, cut into 1 - 2 cm cubes
  • 1 Onion medium size, finely chopped
  • 1 tb Oil
  • 1 tb Paprika (could be sweet, hot or combinaiton - depends on your taste).

Directions
  1. Fry gently the onion until golden in a large saucepan with hot oil.
  2. Sprinkle on the paprika, stir and fry with the onion for 10 seconds.
  3. Add the meat and stir to coat it with paprika-onion mixture.
  4. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and braise slowly for about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until meet is very tender.
  5. Add salt to taste and check to see whether a little more paprika is needed.
  6. Cool for a few minutes longer, and serve with spageti or rice.
