How to make it

  • Add all the Salmon to a kitchen aid , or bowl to mix with beaters,
  • Let it rotate until all the Salmon has been completely broken up
  • add all all ingredients except oil and flour mix
  • patty out to the size you like and refridgerate 1 hour min.
  • heat in med to large frying pan,1 cup olive oil for frying
  • dip or role each patty in flour before frying
  • fry 8-10min (or longer depending on thickness )each side to a golden brown
  • serve hot with lemons dill and hot sauce or tartar sauce
