Made with fresh, poached,or baked in foil with liquid, salmon, these salmon patties are the best!

Ingredients
  • 2lbs seasoned poached salmon; seasoning(dill, garlic, sea salt and lemon pepper.
  • 6-8 thinly sliced green onions
  • dill (add to your taste)
  • 1 tblsp. lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs made from well crushed garlic and parm. pita chips
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • olive oil for frying
  • lemons and dill garnish

Directions
  1. Add all the Salmon to a kitchen aid , or bowl to mix with beaters,
  2. Let it rotate until all the Salmon has been completely broken up
  3. add all all ingredients except oil and flour mix
  4. patty out to the size you like and refridgerate 1 hour min.
  5. heat in med to large frying pan,1 cup olive oil for frying
  6. dip or role each patty in flour before frying
  7. fry 8-10min (or longer depending on thickness )each side to a golden brown
  8. serve hot with lemons dill and hot sauce or tartar sauce
