How to make it

  • Mix corn, flour and sugar well.
  • In a seperate bown, beat egg, then add to corn mixture and blend well.
  • Put mixture in a lightly greased pan (glass works best)
  • I either use an 8x8 for one batch or a 9x13 for two or more.
  • Cook on 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, more if you are making more than one batch.
  • I like to cook mine until there is a brown crusty layer on the tops and sides.
