Ingredients
  • 1 box Ritz Crackers
  • Smooth or Crunchy Peanut Butter (your preference)
  • 1 package White Almond Bark

Directions
  1. Make up as many peanut butter crackers as you want
  2. Melt almond bark in microwave, in small increments, stirring frequently.
  3. Let almond bark cool about a minute.
  4. Using tongs or a candy dipping fork, dip the peanut butter crackers in melted almond bark.
  5. Make sure to coat top, bottom, and sides
  6. Place on a piece of wax paper and let harden.
  7. These are great for different holidays, just add a little food coloring in the almond bark. I make pastels for Easter, pink for Valentine's Day, and green for St. Patrick's Day.
  8. You can also use pre-made icing with different tips to make a design on top, or put letters on them then arrange them to spell out a message.
