This pizza adds a little twist to the everyday pizza, and for those who love Italian & Thai, you can have both in one!

Ingredients
  • Pizza base of your choice.
  • 2 dessertspoons of sour cream
  • 2 dessertspoons thai curry paste of choice
  • 1 cup cooked chopped chicken
  • Mozzarella cheese (as much or little as you like)
  • sliced red capsicum
  • sliced purple onion

Directions
  1. Combine sour cream & curry paste together & spread on pizza base
  2. Sprinkle a little mozzarella cheese over curry paste
  3. Spread chicken, onion & capsicum
  4. Add the rest of the cheese, and bake in the oven until cooked.
  5. *Hint* You can add more curry/sourcream if you prefer a moister base
