How to make it

  • Combine sour cream & curry paste together & spread on pizza base
  • Sprinkle a little mozzarella cheese over curry paste
  • Spread chicken, onion & capsicum
  • Add the rest of the cheese, and bake in the oven until cooked.
  • *Hint* You can add more curry/sourcream if you prefer a moister base
