  • 4 Peras.
  • 2 Vasos de nocilla de vino tinto (1/2 litro).
  • Un poco menos de un vaso de agua.
  • 6-8 Cucharadas de azucar (como a tí te guste).
  • 1 Ramita de canela.
  • La piel de un limón.
  • ----------------------------
  • 4 Pears.
  • 1/2 litre of red wine.
  • Less than 1/4 of water.
  • 6-8 spoons of sugar.
  • 1 stick of cinnamon.
  • A lemond peel.

Directions
  1. Pela las peras y cuecelo todo a fuego lento durante 50 minutos aproximadamente, hasta que veas que las peras estan blanditas.

  3. Peel the pears and put all the ingredients in to a pot and boil over 50 minutes on a low flame.
