Molten Chocolate And Raspberry Pots Recipe

Ingredients
  • 50g dark chocolate
  • 25g butter
  • 1 medium free range egg
  • 15g caster sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp plain flour
  • 1/2 tbsp brandy
  • 50g raspberries

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 220°C, 425°F, gas mark 7.
  2. Grease two ovenproof ramekins or coffee cups.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a bowl with the butter.
  4. Beat the egg with the caster sugar for several minutes until light and creamy.
  5. Stir in the chocolate and butter mixture, then the flour and brandy. Place the raspberries in the bottom of the ramekins then spoon the chocolate mixture on top.
  6. Bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes until slightly risen and firm to the touch.
