Molten chocolate and raspberry pots

- 50g dark chocolate shopping list
- 25g butter shopping list
- 1 medium free range egg shopping list
- 15g caster sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp plain flour shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp brandy shopping list
- 50g raspberries shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 220°C, 425°F, gas mark 7.
- Grease two ovenproof ramekins or coffee cups.
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl with the butter.
- Beat the egg with the caster sugar for several minutes until light and creamy.
- Stir in the chocolate and butter mixture, then the flour and brandy. Place the raspberries in the bottom of the ramekins then spoon the chocolate mixture on top.
- Bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes until slightly risen and firm to the touch.
