1/2 CUP MINCED ONION

1/4 CUP BUTTER

1 LB. GROUND ROUND (BEEF)

1/4 TSP. PAPRIKA

1 CUP SOUR CREAM

1 CAN CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP

EGG NOODLES

1 CLOVE MINCED GARLIC

TBS. FLOUR

1 TSP SALT

Directions

SAUTE ONIONS IN BUTTER, BROWN HAMBURGER MEAT, THEN DRY INGREDIENTS AND SAUTE 10 INUTES. POUR IN SAUTED ONIONS AND MIX. ADD SOUP AND SIMMER 10 MORE MINUTES. ADD SOUR CREAM BEFORE SERVING AND MIX IN BOILED NOODLES.
