How to make it

  • Add a layer of yogurt
  • Sprinkle with oat flakes in a ring around the edge
  • Another layer of yogurt
  • Sprinkle with blueberries
  • Another layer of yogurt
  • Top with sliced fresh strawberries
  • May be refrigerated for breakfast or that special quick snack
  • *May use frozen blueberries, strawberries, peaches, fruit of your choice.
  • A very creative little breakfast or snack, full of nutrition
