Ingredients
  • 1 - 20 OUNCE CAN OF CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
  • I CUP INSTANT RICE
  • 1 -3.4 - OUNCE- PACKAGE OF INSTANT BANANA CREAM PUDDING, OR VANILLA
  • 2 CUPS MILK
  • 1/2 CUP FLAKED COCONUT
  • 1/2 CUP MINATURE MARSHMELLOWS
  • 1/3 CUP CHOPPED NUTS YOUR CHOICE
  • 1 TABLESPOON LEMON JUICE
  • 1 BANANA SLICED

Directions
  1. DRAIN PINEAPPLE AND RESERVE THE JUICE.
  2. BRING JUICE AND 1/2 CUP OF WATER TO A BOIL, STIR IN RICE AND SIMMER 2 MINUTES,
  3. REMOVE FROM HEAT, COVER AND LET STEAM 5 MINUTES.
  4. PREPARE PUDDING, IN A MEDIUM BOWL, ACCORDING TO PACKAGE INSTRUCTIONS USING THE 2 CUPS OF MILK
  5. ADD PINEAPPLE, COCONUT, MARSHMELLOWS, NUTS AND LEMON JUICE, BANANA AND HOT RICE MIXTURE. STIR TO MIX
  6. CHILL 30 MINUTES OR MORE
