How to make it

  • mix all ingredients together.
  • once mixed, wrap mixture in glad wrap
  • put in freezer overnight
  • in the morning, remove from freezer
  • prepare the ground pork mixture into finger-sized sausages
  • in a frying pan, add some oil
  • fry until crispy
  • serve with fried rice and fried eggs

    sukang tagalog is just native vinegar. You can substitute commercial vinegar but don't use balsamic vinegar. :D i think coconut vinegar or sugar cane vinegar will do very nicely.

    longanisang lucban are small, finger sausages from Lucban town in Quezon Province. I hope you like it. :D
