Ingredients

1 kilo ground pork (with fat in)

4 tbsp dry oregano

1/2 tbsp salt

2 tbsp garlic, minced

1 tsp. pepper

1 tbsp. sukang tagalog or ilocos

Directions

mix all ingredients together.

once mixed, wrap mixture in glad wrap

put in freezer overnight

in the morning, remove from freezer

prepare the ground pork mixture into finger-sized sausages

in a frying pan, add some oil

fry until crispy

serve with fried rice and fried eggs

Sukang tagalog is just native vinegar. You can substitute commercial vinegar but don't use balsamic vinegar. :D i think coconut vinegar or sugar cane vinegar will do very nicely.

longanisang lucban are small, finger sausages from Lucban town in Quezon Province. I hope you like it. :D
