Skinless Longanisang Lucban

- 1 kilo ground pork (with fat in) shopping list
- 4 tbsp dry oregano shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp salt shopping list
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1 tbsp. sukang tagalog or ilocos shopping list
How to make it
- mix all ingredients together.
- once mixed, wrap mixture in glad wrap
- put in freezer overnight
- in the morning, remove from freezer
- prepare the ground pork mixture into finger-sized sausages
- in a frying pan, add some oil
- fry until crispy
- serve with fried rice and fried eggs
