Quick Skillet Lasagna

A quick and easy lasgana to make when crunched for time. One of my families favorites.Served with salad n some good bread, got a complete meal.

In 12" skillet brown sausage with onions and garlic, drain. Stir in cooked noodles and sauce.Remove half of noodle n sauce mixture from skillet, set aside. Mix ricattoa and parmesan together, spread over over noodles in skillet,sprinkle with 1 cup mozzerella cheese. Top with with reserved noodle mixture.Sprinkle with remaining mozzerella cheese. Cover and cook over low heat 12-15 minutes.
If i use jarred sauce i doctor it up with a bit of basil and oregno.
