Ingredients

1lb italian sausage

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 garlic cloves minced

5 cup cooked lasagna noodles( 8 oz. dry)

1 28 oz favorite spaghetti sauce

1 15 oz container ricotta cheese

1/2 c parmesan cheese

2 c mozzerella cheese

Directions

In 12" skillet brown sausage with onions and garlic, drain. Stir in cooked noodles and sauce.Remove half of noodle n sauce mixture from skillet, set aside. Mix ricattoa and parmesan together, spread over over noodles in skillet,sprinkle with 1 cup mozzerella cheese. Top with with reserved noodle mixture.Sprinkle with remaining mozzerella cheese. Cover and cook over low heat 12-15 minutes.

If i use jarred sauce i doctor it up with a bit of basil and oregno.
