this dish is a favorite to my little bro.goes perfect with bread or rice.

Ingredients
  • meat
  • dark soy sauce
  • soy sauce
  • mashed chillies (optional)
  • salt
  • onions
  • ginger
  • spring onions

Directions
  1. slice the meat into little slices
  2. mix the soy sauce,dark soy sauce,mashed chillies if used & salt.
  3. marinate the meat at least 30 minutes.
  4. saute the sliced onion & grated ginger
  5. add in the marinated meat.
  6. garnish with spring onion.
