Virginias Pasta Salad Recipe
My Grandmother's recipe. Perfect for parties or a great side dish for outdoor grilling.

Ingredients
  • - 2 (7 oz) pkgs Shell pasta
  • - 4 tblspns vinegar
  • - 1 cup Edamame (soy beans)
  • - 2 cups diced American cheese
  • - 1 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
  • - 1/2 cup diced Celery
  • - 4 tblspns Pimento
  • - 3-4 tblspns minced Onion
  • - 1 1/3 cup Mayo
  • - Dash of Celery Salt and salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Cook Shell pasta and rinse in cold water. Add vinegar and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Dice Cheese, Bell Pepper, Celery and mince Onion.
  3. In a serving bowl add all ingrediants to pasta and mix until consistant.
  4. Throw in the fridge for about 20 minutes and enjoy!
