Coffee Glazed Ham Loaf Recipe

How to make it

  • Ham Loaf:
  • Combine ground pork and ham
  • Mix in mixing bowl,bread crums,salt eggs,catsup and tabasco sauce
  • Let set a little while until bread crumbs absorb egg and catsup
  • Add ground pork and ham,mix thoroughly
  • Shape into a loaf,bake uncovered
  • 325 degreee,for 2 hours or until done
  • During the final hour of baking,baste about 4 times with the coffee glaze.
  • Coffee Glaze:
  • Combine the ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes or until syrupy
  • Remove spice bag,and use syrup to glaze ham loaf
