Sausage Potato Soup With Fresh Spinach

How to make it
- Cut the baked red potatoes and sweet Italian sausage into bite size pieces and place in a soup pot
- Cover with milk
- Add onion flakes and black pepper to taste
- Simmer 20 minutes
- Thicken the soup by adding instant mashed potato flakes in about 1/2 cup increments and stirring over a period of 10 minutes
- Place a layer of baby spinach on top of the thicken soup and cover it with a lid
- Simmer for an additional 10 minutes or until spinach is warmed and slightly wilted
- Serve
