Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar,firmly packed
  • 2 Tablespoon Apricot liquid
  • 1 (1lb.) can Apricot Halves
  • 1/2 Pound Ground Lean Pork
  • 1/2 Pound Ground Lean Veal
  • 1 Pound of Ground ,cooked Ham
  • 2 Eggs,beaten
  • 1 Tablespoon prepared Mustard
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3& 3/4 Cups Corn Flakes,slightly crushed

Directions
  1. Grease a large muffin tin
  2. Put 2 teaspoon brown sugar in each greased muffin cup
  3. Pour 1/2 teaspoon apricot liquid over sugar
  4. Top each with an apricot half,cut side down
  5. Combine ground meats,beaten eggs,mustar,salt,milk,sage and crushed corn flakes
  6. Lightly pack over the fruit in muffin pan
  7. Bake until meat is nicely browned
  8. 350 degree oven
  9. 1 hour or until done
  10. With a spatula,carefully loosen around edges and turn upside-down immediately into a serving plate.
  11. Good with Green vegetable dish and a salad
