Apricot upside-down Muffins

- 1/2 cup brown sugar,firmly packed shopping list
- 2 Tablespoon apricot liquid shopping list
- 1 (1lb.) can apricot halves shopping list
- 1/2 Pound ground lean pork shopping list
- 1/2 Pound Ground Lean veal shopping list
- 1 Pound of Ground ,cooked ham shopping list
- 2 eggs,beaten shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon prepared mustard shopping list
- 1 Cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon sage shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3& 3/4 Cups corn flakes,slightly crushed shopping list
How to make it
- Grease a large muffin tin
- Put 2 teaspoon brown sugar in each greased muffin cup
- Pour 1/2 teaspoon apricot liquid over sugar
- Top each with an apricot half,cut side down
- Combine ground meats,beaten eggs,mustar,salt,milk,sage and crushed corn flakes
- Lightly pack over the fruit in muffin pan
- Bake until meat is nicely browned
- 350 degree oven
- 1 hour or until done
- With a spatula,carefully loosen around edges and turn upside-down immediately into a serving plate.
- Good with Green vegetable dish and a salad
