How to make it

  • Grease a large muffin tin
  • Put 2 teaspoon brown sugar in each greased muffin cup
  • Pour 1/2 teaspoon apricot liquid over sugar
  • Top each with an apricot half,cut side down
  • Combine ground meats,beaten eggs,mustar,salt,milk,sage and crushed corn flakes
  • Lightly pack over the fruit in muffin pan
  • Bake until meat is nicely browned
  • 350 degree oven
  • 1 hour or until done
  • With a spatula,carefully loosen around edges and turn upside-down immediately into a serving plate.
  • Good with Green vegetable dish and a salad
