You can use herbs of choice to make this butter.

Ingredients
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh, finely diced herbs (dill weed, lemon balm, chives, etc)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Directions
  1. Cream softened butter with remaining ingredients.
  2. Refridgerate in a sealed container.
  3. IF USING DRIED HERBS, REDUCE HERB AMOUNTS BY ONE-THIRD.
