Ingredients

2-3 tablespoons fresh, finely diced herbs (dill weed, lemon balm, chives, etc)

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

Cream softened butter with remaining ingredients.

Refridgerate in a sealed container.

IF USING DRIED HERBS, REDUCE HERB AMOUNTS BY ONE-THIRD.
