How to make it

  • Take leftover spaghetti and grab cheese(s) - the more kinds the better (I usually use a combination of 3 or 4, whatever I have around). Make sure that spaghetti and spaghetti sauce is mixed together (as saucy as you normally like it). Take a roll of your favorite crackers (I usually use Ritz or Saltines) and crush them up - the texture to what you want (eX: bigger chunks give it texture, finer makes it hold more and more solid). Level the spaghetti, chese(s) and crackers as many times as the ingredients you have allow in a baking pan (I use a smaller deeper baking pan like a meatloaf form). Every once in a while add a squirt or two of Italian dressing in between layers. The top layer should be a mixture of parmessan cheese (heavy) and cracker crumbs (heavy). Place in oven for about a half hour or until you think that the cheese(s) are melted all the way through. Slice with a spatula after letting cool just a little bit so it makes a solid cut. Wah Lah!
