  • 1. Preheat oven at 180 degree celsius.
  • 2. Remove cake (1 part @ a time) from freezer, slice it about 3 mm thick, arranging them apart on a 14"X14" tray lined with aluminium foil.
  • 3. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until lightly brown.
  • 4. Transfer to a bigger tray to cool.
  • 5. When the 'crisps' has completely cool, put them in a air-tight container. (It last up to 6 months)
  • Tips:
  • I always prepare no.2 all in advance and put them in the fridge, taking 1 tray at a time to bake so that when you bake, you can consistently bake tray after tray without wasting time and electricity!
  • If you are using oven with multiple shelves, you may bake it using turbo fan @160 degree celsius for 10 minutes. Then you will cut down alot of time and electricity!!
  • Assurance:
  • It may looked difficult and troublesome to make, but, i assure you that it will be much easier when you do it the 2nd time, become expert the 3rd time!
  • *This is certainly a healthy snack!
