This Shake is great for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Adults, and Kids. My kids love it and it healthy (go figure).

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Ice Cubes
  • 1 cup of skim milk
  • 1 whole very ripe banana
  • 1 cup of whole strawberries (cut if you like)
  • 6 Tablespoons plain vanilla lowfat yogurt
  • 3 drops of vanilla extract
  • 3 Tablespoons of Wheat Germ

Directions
  1. In the blender, mix together all ingrediants. Blend on high speed until Ice is crushed and mixture is slushy.
  2. Serve Fresh
