Tuna Surprise Rolls Recipe
This puts a slight twist on your regular tuna fish sandwich. It is great as an appetizer, served with soup, or as a main dish itself. For the beginner cook in all of us!

Ingredients
  • Eggs
  • Canned Albacore Tuna Fish
  • Mayonnaise
  • Black Pepper
  • Hot Dog Buns
  • Paprika

Directions
  1. Boil enough water to hard boil 4-5 eggs. Once eggs are immersed, lower heat to simmer, cover, and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Immediately place eggs in bowl of ice and water to stop cooking, and to chill.
  4. Peel eggs and place in bowl.
  5. Open can of Tuna, drain, and place in bowl with eggs.
  6. Chop everything together with knife and fork.
  7. Add as much black pepper as you like.
  8. Add as much Mayo as you like till nice and consistently creamy.
  9. Fill 8 hot dog buns and place in glass or metal baking dish.
  10. Sprinkle each roll with Paprika, to add color and great flavor.
  11. Place in oven on middle rack, and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until buns start turning golden brown on the edges.
  12. Remove from oven when time is up, serve with tomato soup, and enjoy!!
  13. Cheap and delicious, and nutricious!
