Ingredients
  • 4 to 6 medium slices of veal fillets
  • SR flour with pepper to taste
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1 can of tomato soup
  • good tasty cheese slices

Directions
  1. put SR flour and sprinkling of pepper on plate
  2. mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese together and put to one side
  3. take each veal slice and cover in flour
  4. dip into egg beaten egg
  5. then into the bread crumbs so the slice is well covered.
  6. quickly fry the veal with some butter in a pan until tan.
  7. Take the can of tomato soup, you can add remains of bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and mix well if you choose
  8. put a layer of this on bottom of casserole dish
  9. drain veal on paper and place on top of tomato mix and then pour the rest of the mix over, covering the lot.
  10. Place slices of cheese on top
  11. Cover and Pop into oven for 20 minutes
  12. Serve with broccoli which will make the colour combination attractive
