Veal Parmeson

- 4 to 6 medium slices of veal fillets shopping list
- SR flour with pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 beaten egg shopping list
- 1 cup bread crumbs shopping list
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 can of tomato soup shopping list
- good tasty cheese slices shopping list
How to make it
- put SR flour and sprinkling of pepper on plate
- mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese together and put to one side
- take each veal slice and cover in flour
- dip into egg beaten egg
- then into the bread crumbs so the slice is well covered.
- quickly fry the veal with some butter in a pan until tan.
- Take the can of tomato soup, you can add remains of bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and mix well if you choose
- put a layer of this on bottom of casserole dish
- drain veal on paper and place on top of tomato mix and then pour the rest of the mix over, covering the lot.
- Place slices of cheese on top
- Cover and Pop into oven for 20 minutes
- Serve with broccoli which will make the colour combination attractive
