How to make it

  • put SR flour and sprinkling of pepper on plate
  • mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese together and put to one side
  • take each veal slice and cover in flour
  • dip into egg beaten egg
  • then into the bread crumbs so the slice is well covered.
  • quickly fry the veal with some butter in a pan until tan.
  • Take the can of tomato soup, you can add remains of bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and mix well if you choose
  • put a layer of this on bottom of casserole dish
  • drain veal on paper and place on top of tomato mix and then pour the rest of the mix over, covering the lot.
  • Place slices of cheese on top
  • Cover and Pop into oven for 20 minutes
  • Serve with broccoli which will make the colour combination attractive
