Sirloin Steak amp Sauce

Steak with a creamy,savory sauce
Ingredients
- 2 (8oz) sirloin steaks shopping list
- 2 tsp. butter shopping list
- 2tbsp. fresh shallots,chopped shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic,crushed shopping list
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1/2 c. ready to serve beef gravy shopping list
- 3 tbsp.white wine shopping list
- 1 tbsp.sour cream shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Broil or grill sirloin steak to desired doneness.keep hot on serving plate.
- In saute pan,heat butter,add shallots,garlic and mushrooms.
- Saute about 2 min., add beef gravy,white wine,and sour cream.
- Bring to a boil, then serve over steaks and sprinkle with parsley.

Ok. The steak is on the grill and the sauce is made and I wish I had made twice as much. I could eat this on anything! Thanks for the great recipe.
