Mark Bittmans sorta Cabbage and Spaghetti

- 4 T olive oil shopping list
- 6 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 oz canned anchovies, undrained shopping list
- 1 t red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 16-oz bag angel hair shredded cabbage shopping list
- 8 oz spaghettini, cooked and drained shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet, combine the olive oil, garlic, and anchovies. Turn the heat to medium low and cook slowly, stirring frequently, until the anchovies "dissolve."
- Add the red pepper flakes and stir for 30 seconds.
- Add the cabbage and cook until very tender.
- Add the cooked pasta and heat through until well combined.
