Creamy Chicken Casserole

- 6 boneless chicken breasts shopping list
- 2 26oz cans of cream of chicken soup(condensed) shopping list
- 6 c. rice shopping list
- 6 c. water shopping list
- seasoning salt shopping list
- sage shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Put chicken on baking pan.
- Season each chicken breast as desired with seasoning salt and a couple of dashes of sage.
- At this point you can add a little slice of butter to the top of each chicken if you'd like. It keeps it a little more moist.
- Cover and bake for 30-45 minutes depending on thickness of chicken breasts.
- While chicken is cooking cook rice as directed on package.
- My measurements are from minute rice. Which makes 12 servings of rice.
- Cube chicken and mix chicken, rice, and cream of chicken.
- Put in a casserole dish and place in oven @ 350.
- Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Remove and enjoy!
