How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Put chicken on baking pan.
  • Season each chicken breast as desired with seasoning salt and a couple of dashes of sage.
  • At this point you can add a little slice of butter to the top of each chicken if you'd like. It keeps it a little more moist.
  • Cover and bake for 30-45 minutes depending on thickness of chicken breasts.
  • While chicken is cooking cook rice as directed on package.
  • My measurements are from minute rice. Which makes 12 servings of rice.
  • Cube chicken and mix chicken, rice, and cream of chicken.
  • Put in a casserole dish and place in oven @ 350.
  • Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  • Remove and enjoy!
