Creamy Chicken Casserole Recipe
This dish is very easy to make and is delicious.This is one of my families favorites!

Ingredients
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 26oz cans of Cream of Chicken soup(condensed)
  • 6 c. rice
  • 6 c. water
  • seasoning salt
  • sage

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Put chicken on baking pan.
  3. Season each chicken breast as desired with seasoning salt and a couple of dashes of sage.
  4. At this point you can add a little slice of butter to the top of each chicken if you'd like. It keeps it a little more moist.
  5. Cover and bake for 30-45 minutes depending on thickness of chicken breasts.
  6. While chicken is cooking cook rice as directed on package.
  7. My measurements are from minute rice. Which makes 12 servings of rice.
  8. Cube chicken and mix chicken, rice, and cream of chicken.
  9. Put in a casserole dish and place in oven @ 350.
  10. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  11. Remove and enjoy!
