Ingredients
  • 6 medium potatoes sliced thin
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk add a little more if needed
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 package of shredded of velvetta cheese

Directions
  1. Cook ground beef drain fat
  2. slice potatoes thinly ,place layers in baking dish sprinkle some of the ground beef over 1st layer of potatoes then add 2nd layer of pototes ,
  3. add milk and the soup together and pour over pototoes and beef add shredded velvetta cheese, bake covered until done.
