  • Cook ground beef drain fat
  • slice potatoes thinly ,place layers in baking dish sprinkle some of the ground beef over 1st layer of potatoes then add 2nd layer of pototes ,
  • add milk and the soup together and pour over pototoes and beef add shredded velvetta cheese, bake covered until done.
