Ingredients

9 cups chex cereal

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup butter or margarine

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

you can use any variety of chex cereal, and for a healthier version

try with wheat chex, dark chocolate and a lowfat peanut butter

Directions

Into large bowl, measure cereal and set aside.

In 1-quart saucepan, heat chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted.

Remove from heat

Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated.

Pour into a large paper bag (like one from grocery store)

Add powdered sugar. fold over bag and shake until well coated.

Spread onto waxed paper to cool. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
