This is a variation on mackrel patties or salmon patties, I dont like mackrel or salmon so I use can tuna instead. I like to eat these on buns with a little ketchup, or alone dipped in mustard,or eat as a main dish with any kind of beans, fried potat... More

Ingredients
  • 4 cans tuna in water or oil your choice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 4 tablespoon flour
  • salt& pepper taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • cooking oil
  • cheese singles (optional)

Directions
  1. Drain tuna
  2. in a bowl add all ingrediants mix well, except oil
  3. make patties into hambuger bun size
  4. place in hot oil in skillet and fry until golden brown
  5. add cheese singles on top and melt ,
