How to make it

  • Put chicken in marinade with marjoram and two cloves of garlic minced , salt and pepper to taste . Refrigerate while cooking onions . Cut onion in half and slice fairly thin , mince remaining garlic . In a fry pan add olive oil and heat low med . Cook onions and garlic low and slow until carmelized and golden brown . Bake chicken 375' until juices no longer run pink , about 15 min . While chicken is baking slice buns in half and toast cut side down on a clean fry pan . After chicken is out of the oven assemble sandwich : bun , chicken , carmelized onions and about two tbs of the nice goat cheese crumbled . Enjoy .
