another take on breakfast tacos, remove the eggs and a wonderful luch or dinner entree .
Ingredients
- ground beef shopping list
- left over baked potatoes shopping list
- diced onions shopping list
- diced bell peppers shopping list
- diced tomato shopping list
- cumin to tase shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- garlic powder to taste shopping list
- scrambled eggs shopping list
- cheese ( your fav) shopping list
- sour cream (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- bake potatoe the night befor
- cut potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes
- brown ground beef
- remove from heat and add every thing else but eggs
- scramble eggs in seperate pan
- combine eggs and meat
- put into your favorite taco vessel
- top with cheese and sour cream
