How to make it

  • bake potatoe the night befor
  • cut potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes
  • brown ground beef
  • remove from heat and add every thing else but eggs
  • scramble eggs in seperate pan
  • combine eggs and meat
  • put into your favorite taco vessel
  • top with cheese and sour cream
