How to make it

  • In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and sour cream.
  • In a very large bowl, stir together the chicken, celery, grapes, and sour cream mixture. Add the salt and pepper to taste. Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours.
  • To serve, split the Sage Biscuits. Spoon in the Chicken Salad
  • Yield: 8 cups
