Chicken Salad

- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 - 8-oz carton dairy sour cream shopping list
- 3 lb skinless, boneless, chicken breast halves, cooked and diced shopping list
- 1 cup diced celery shopping list
- 1 cup seedless red or green grapes, halved or quartered shopping list
- salt shopping list
- ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and sour cream.
- In a very large bowl, stir together the chicken, celery, grapes, and sour cream mixture. Add the salt and pepper to taste. Cover and chill 2 to 24 hours.
- To serve, split the Sage Biscuits. Spoon in the Chicken Salad
- Yield: 8 cups
