How to make it

  • Boil vinegar,cloves ,spices and sugar into a syrup.
  • Stone and half the dates and put into a jar.
  • Remave cloves from syrup and pour boiling syrup over the dates.(heat the jars so that they won't crack when the syrup is poured into them)
  • Cool,cover with foil and airtight cover.
  • Keep for two weeks when it will be really ready.
  • Shake the bottle from time to time.
  • PS:ceramic jars are best for pickles
