How to make it

  • Puree artichokes and chicken broth in food processor.
  • Place in saucepan with lemon juice, salt & pepper.
  • Heat just to boiling.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Stir in cream.
  • Reheat but not to boil.
  • Garnish with lemon slices.
  • Enjoy!
