Artichoke Soup

- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained shopping list
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- dash of white pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
- Thin slices of lemon to garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Puree artichokes and chicken broth in food processor.
- Place in saucepan with lemon juice, salt & pepper.
- Heat just to boiling.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in cream.
- Reheat but not to boil.
- Garnish with lemon slices.
- Enjoy!
