How to make it

  • Rinse and drain the noodles. Cut into smaller pieces, if desired.
  • Drain tuna.
  • Place veggies in microwave-safe covered dish and cook or reheat. (With my microwave, I just press "fresh vegetable" or "frozen vegetable" as needed. Takes less than two minutes.)
  • Add noodles and tuna to vegetables.
  • Add mayo and stir around.
  • Break up cheese wedges and place around dish.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  • Microwave until melty and bubbly, about three minutes.
  • Stir and enjoy! Share if you must.
