- 200 grams light Philadelphia cream cheese shopping list
- 125 grams creme fraiche - 15% fat shopping list
- 350 grams ground beef shopping list
- 1 yellow onion shopping list
- 1 can crushed tomatoes, drained shopping list
- 1/2 leek, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 red pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 red spanish pepper, chopped shopping list
- Spices: 2 tsp. cumin, 1 tsp. oregano, 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- jalapeno pepper slices can be added for more "zing" shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar for the top shopping list
How to make it
- Whip cream cheese and creme fraiche with electrix mixer.
- Spread in the bottom of oblong pyrex dish.
- Brown meat, add spices, chopped vegetables.
- Saute until meat is browned nicely.
- Spread this over cream cheese mix.
- Pour over the canned tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in oven at 400F (225C) about 20 minutes.
- Serve with a green salad and lots of tortilla chips. Even Guacamole!
