How to make it

  • Whip cream cheese and creme fraiche with electrix mixer.
  • Spread in the bottom of oblong pyrex dish.
  • Brown meat, add spices, chopped vegetables.
  • Saute until meat is browned nicely.
  • Spread this over cream cheese mix.
  • Pour over the canned tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Bake in oven at 400F (225C) about 20 minutes.
  • Serve with a green salad and lots of tortilla chips. Even Guacamole!
