Make And Freeze Meatloaf Recipe
Super easy to make meatloaf that doesn't dry out!

Ingredients
  • 2 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 package (6 oz.) stuffing mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup barbeque sauce, divided

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients well except for ¼ cup of the barbeque sauce.
  2. Shape meat mixture into 2 oval loaves, side by side, in a 9"x13" baking dish.
  3. Top with remaining barbeque sauce.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until center is no longer pink.
  5. TO FREEZE: Allow loaves to cool. Wrap individually in tin foil, and place in 1 gallon freezer bag.
  6. TO SERVE: Thaw, and reheat in oven or microwave. Top with more barbeque sauce, if desired.
