- 200 grams light Philadelphia cream cheese shopping list
- 125 grams creme fraiche shopping list
- 350 grams ground beef shopping list
- 1 yellow onion, chopped shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/2 leek, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 red Spanish pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 can crushed tomatoes shopping list
- About three tablespoons chopped jalapeno peppers (canned) shopping list
- Spices: 2 tsp. cumin, 1 tsp. oregano, 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar for the top shopping list
How to make it
- Whip cream cheese and creme fraiche with electric mixer
- Spread in the bottom of 9" x 13" pyrex dish.
- Saute meat with spices, chopped vegetables until meat is nicely browned.
- Spread this over cheese mixture.
- Pour over the canned tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in oven at 400F (225C) about 20 minutes.
