How to make it

  • Whip cream cheese and creme fraiche with electric mixer
  • Spread in the bottom of 9" x 13" pyrex dish.
  • Saute meat with spices, chopped vegetables until meat is nicely browned.
  • Spread this over cheese mixture.
  • Pour over the canned tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Bake in oven at 400F (225C) about 20 minutes.
