How to make it
- 1. Beat egg slightly and mix with some milk in a shallow dish.
- 2. Put flour in a separate shallow dish and season.
- 3. Season cutlets and place in egg and milk mixture.
- 4. After the cutlets are coated, place them in flour and cover completely.
- 5. Press flour into cutlet with fingers.
- 6. Cook in skillet with shallow cooking oil on medium heat until brown on both sides.
