Humongous Breaded Tenderloins Recipe
This began with my mom and she makes them bigger than your head. I used to beg her for these when I was a kid and now my son begs for them!

Ingredients
  • 4 Cubed pork cutlets
  • Flour
  • Egg
  • Milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic
  • Seasoned salt

Directions
  1. 1. Beat egg slightly and mix with some milk in a shallow dish.
  2. 2. Put flour in a separate shallow dish and season.
  3. 3. Season cutlets and place in egg and milk mixture.
  4. 4. After the cutlets are coated, place them in flour and cover completely.
  5. 5. Press flour into cutlet with fingers.
  6. 6. Cook in skillet with shallow cooking oil on medium heat until brown on both sides.

I'm curious, what is the secret to the ones your mother makes? I'm looking for an idea of how to make the huge ones.
Yours sound good but I would like some of the whoppers, like I had years ago.


If you pound out the cutlets with a meat hammer or even the edge of a plate, that will make them huge, but be careful not to make them too thin.
