You can make this yummy dessert now and freeze the leftovers to eat later.Great for thoses that need to maintain a high calorie diet,kids with Cystic Fibrosis, and thoses that can not absorb many calories from the foods they eat.

Ingredients
  • Bottom layer:
  • 1 egg
  • 1 box pudding-style yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick (8 tbsp.) butter, melted
  • Middle layer:
  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 5 1/2 c. confectioner's sugar
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • Topping:
  • 1/4 c. confectioner's sugar

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix together all the ingredients listed to make the bottom layer and spread in a greased 9x13-inch pan.
  3. Mix together the remaining ingredients to make the middle layer and spread over cake mixture.
  4. Bake for 35 minutes.
  5. Cool and sprinkle with 1/4 c. confectioner's sugar.
  6. Serving size: 3 1/2-inch x 2 1/2-inch square

  9. 4 g protein
  10. 18 g fat
  11. 378 mg sodium
  12. 77 mg calcium
