Ingredients
  • A good sized bunch, (shopping bag full) depending how much you want to pick!! of Bär Lauch (Allium ursinum)
  • 1/2 - 1 cup olive oil.

Directions
  1. Chop Bär Lauch in a food processor a handful at a time, drizzle in a little of the oil with each handful to assist with the pureeing.
  2. this pesto can be frozen , in ice cube trays, or jars, to be thawed out as needed.
  3. I have found this pesto great for spreading on sandwiches, pasta sauces, and soups.
