How to make it

  • Let the cream cheese warm to room temperature
  • put them in a mixing bowl
  • add 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • add vanilla. sometimes I add more vanilla.

  • Pour into chosen crusts.
  • Nothing simpler. You can put fruit over the top. You can also add canned pumpkin and spices and have pumpkin cheesecake. You can add any flavor you like to this. If it needs extra sugar, use powdered sugar.
  • Since there are no eggs they need no cooking. Just refrigerate 2 to 4 hours and serve cold.
