Ingredients

2 Graham Cracker or Oreo Crusts

3 to 4 lbs. Philadelphia Cream Cheese

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 to 2 tsp vanilla

Directions

Let the cream cheese warm to room temperature

put them in a mixing bowl

add 1 can sweetened condensed milk

add vanilla. sometimes I add more vanilla.

Sometimes, this turns out very liquid. In that case I add some powdered sugar to stiffen it a bit.

Pour into chosen crusts.

Nothing simpler. You can put fruit over the top. You can also add canned pumpkin and spices and have pumpkin cheesecake. You can add any flavor you like to this. If it needs extra sugar, use powdered sugar.

Since there are no eggs they need no cooking. Just refrigerate 2 to 4 hours and serve cold.
