Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breasts flattened and cut into cubes
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/4 cup teriake sauce
  • 3 cups mixed greens
  • 1 tomato halved and sliced
  • 4 mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 a red pepper thinly sliced
  • hand full of snowpeas
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vingar
  • 1/8 cup soysause
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon crushed garlic

Directions
  1. marinate chicken in the crushed garlic and teriake sauce for 4-6 hours in the fridge.
  2. pan fry the chicken till cooked, about 3-4 minutes
  3. mix the greens and vegies.
  4. in a bowl mix sugar, vingar, soysauce, oil and garlic(can be made in advance)
  5. serve on plates with hot chicken and dressing, or in a salad bowl.
