How to make it

  • marinate chicken in the crushed garlic and teriake sauce for 4-6 hours in the fridge.
  • pan fry the chicken till cooked, about 3-4 minutes
  • mix the greens and vegies.
  • in a bowl mix sugar, vingar, soysauce, oil and garlic(can be made in advance)
  • serve on plates with hot chicken and dressing, or in a salad bowl.
