chicken teriake salad

- 4 chicken breasts flattened and cut into cubes shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic crushed shopping list
- 1/4 cup teriake sauce shopping list
- 3 cups mixed greens shopping list
- 1 tomato halved and sliced shopping list
- 4 mushrooms sliced shopping list
- 1/2 a red pepper thinly sliced shopping list
- hand full of snowpeas shopping list
- 1 spring onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup vingar shopping list
- 1/8 cup soysause shopping list
- 1/4 cup oil shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon crushed garlic shopping list
How to make it
- marinate chicken in the crushed garlic and teriake sauce for 4-6 hours in the fridge.
- pan fry the chicken till cooked, about 3-4 minutes
- mix the greens and vegies.
- in a bowl mix sugar, vingar, soysauce, oil and garlic(can be made in advance)
- serve on plates with hot chicken and dressing, or in a salad bowl.
