Ingredients
  • One Instant ramen noodle block
  • a dozen links of Korean rice sausages(the plain, chewy kind)
  • three fried dumplings
  • three hard boiled eggs
  • clear noodles
  • three strips of flat oden
  • chopped veggies(cabbages, onions, carrots, scallions)
  • four spoons of korean red pepper paste
  • two spoons of ground red pepper
  • one sppon of crushed garlic
  • one spoon of sugar
  • three cups of beef broth

Directions
  1. Prepare beef broth(alternatively, dissolve a good dose of beef flavouring in water)
  2. Put pepper paste, crushed garlic, and sugar in it. Crushed pepper can be added if desired. Stir.
  3. Put everything but the ramen noodles into the broth.
  4. Bring it to boil.
  5. Then put the instant noodles.
  6. Boil until the noodles become tender and broth turns somewhat gooey.

Alterations


This would be much tastier with a nice hunk of diced spam added into the mix... Don't be fooled by the phrase "rice sausages" - this recipe needs some real meat...


i tend to agree... but i think sliced spam's a better fit. (why would you ever dice spam?)
