Whiskey Balls

- 3 1/2 Cups vanilla wafer crumbs shopping list
- 1 Cup finely chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 1/2 Cups sifted confectioner's sugar, divided shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons instant coffee granules shopping list
- 1/3 to 1/2 Cups Irish whiskey or Scotch shopping list
- 1/3 Cups light corn syrup shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl combine wafer crumbs, pecans, and 1 cup confectioner's sugar.
- In a small cup dissolve coffee in whiskey or scotch, add to dry mixture along with corn syrup, mix well.
- Shape mixture into 1 inch balls and roll in remaining confectioner's sugar.
- Store in airtight container.
- Yeilds approximately 4 dozen.
