How to make it

  • In a large bowl combine wafer crumbs, pecans, and 1 cup confectioner's sugar.
  • In a small cup dissolve coffee in whiskey or scotch, add to dry mixture along with corn syrup, mix well.
  • Shape mixture into 1 inch balls and roll in remaining confectioner's sugar.
  • Store in airtight container.
  • Yeilds approximately 4 dozen.
